Project :mutualised Smart Metering Platform and value-added services
The progressive deregulation of the electricity and gas markets across the world impelled government legislative and regulation agencies and bodies to look for ways in which to better understand, forecast and control the consumption of electricity, gas and water of the inhabitants of a neighbourhood, region or country. Unique of its kind in Switzerland, project Green E-Value combines the use of the latest Smart Metering technology and the implication of all the players in the energy value chain. First, 200 houses in Lausanne will be fitted with intelligent computers and a portal to allow the owners and tenants of the buildings to access multi-fluid efficiency indicators, with the aim of saving around 10 to 15%.

Project : Rolling financial planning
The launch of the SAP BI-IP solution, integrated with SAP ECC system and in particular the Funds Management (FM) module allowed a large Swiss French public authority access to a unique and user-friendly tool to establish its financial planning over four years (operations and investment). User training was reduced to a strict minimum thanks to a user-friendly and intuitive web interface. This project was carried out successfully in just three months.

Project : Migration towards SAP's New General accounting (New GL)
In order to benefit from the latest functionality and prepare future projects integrated into its financial platform, a public authority wanted to migrate swiftly from its SAP financial accounting system (FI) to the new accounting platform (New GL). Rigorous project management and the involvement of highly qualified consultants allowed us to carry out the iso-functional migration in less than three months, from defining the requirements to launch.
